Due to the nature of the items sold, all sales are final on coded products and specialty research items. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

However, we do accept returns or issue replacements for physical supply items (such as pens, cases, cartridges, and needle tips) if they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged supply item, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery with a clear photo and order number. We will assess the issue and offer a resolution accordingly.
