Q: What is OSP?

OSP is a trusted source for specialty research supplies and advanced-use accessories. All items are intended for responsible research use only and are not for human consumption.

Q: How are items shipped?

We offer two types of shipping depending on your order:

• Supply-only orders (such as pens, cartridges, cases, and needle tips) are shipped directly from our U.S. location for a flat shipping rate of $9. These items typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
• Orders that include coded or specialty items (even if supplies are also included) are charged a flat shipping & handling fee of $25. This covers both domestic and international shipping, as well as handling and fulfillment. 
  
  
• If you would like your coded items and supply items shipped separately please note that there Will be an additional shipping charge incurred it would be $25 plus the 9$

If your order contains both coded items and supplies, the $25 flat rate applies, and all items will ship together unless you request otherwise.

Need your supplies sooner?

You may request to split the shipment, but this will require two separate shipping charges. Please contact us before checkout to arrange this.

Shipping for coded items may take up to 30 days, depending on order volume and customs.

Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as your items are in transit.

We kindly ask that you do not reach out about delivery status unless 30 days have passed, as this helps us maintain smooth fulfillment for all customers.

Q: Do you accept returns?

Returns are not accepted on coded or specialty items.

We do accept returns or offer replacements for supply items that arrive damaged or defective. You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery, including a photo and your order number.

Q: What if there aren’t enough orders for a shipping batch?

If we don’t meet the minimum order volume to fulfill international shipping, we will contact you with options to cover the difference or receive a full refund. This ensures fairness and transparency for everyone.

Q: Are your products for personal use?

No. All products are for research, educational, or informational use only. They are not intended for therapeutic, human, or veterinary use.

Q: How can I pay?

We accept secure payments through Shopify. We also offer manual options such as Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle upon request. Contact us if you’d prefer to pay using a manual method.
